Dan grew up on the East Coast, but at a young age bought into the whole “Go West, young man” ethos and after college drove cross country to Southern California.

Cars have always been a driver of America’s westward expansion — it’s no wonder that car culture is so rich on the West Coast.

On the pch explores those cars, the people who drive and design them, and the places they take us up and down the Pacific Coast.
